You won't see a performance boost virtualizing your server in fact you'll likely have worse performance. If you really need performance that badly switch to a bear bones linux dist bare metal.

Hey so there's a plugin called "instantcommand", but it doesn't have a permission. I would like one similar that does have a permission so users can disable it from the menu if they're building high up and need to crouch and swap often

interesting issue. The only thing I can think of for that to be possible is playing on the version 1.16.5 or bellow on a 1.18 and up flat world. This is because the bottom of the flat world is negative 50 blocks and everything seems jacked up. If this is not the issue, please send a video, this sounds chaotic.
