is there a way upon server startup to load every single chunk? at least the first thousand around spawn? and keep them loaded? I don't know why but my server struggles when there are people on the server and they are thousands of blocks away and cannot load new chunks. my server is more then capable of running a minecraft server as well. SO is there a way to load chunks when the server first boots up. and load the first thousand, then after that load the next, but keep them on the harddisk so when the server does restart it can pick up right where it left off?

I run a server for myself and 3 friends, we only have MCMMO plugin, and a chest sorter plugin. The rest is vanilla. I had the server on my c drive, and when the server was running it wasn't using more than 2 gb of ram, (most of the ram was 'free' so I guess less than that..) I moved the server to my External SSD, and now when I launch the server, even with nobody on it the server is constantly spiking in its ram usage. When someone logs in, the amount of ram its using goes DOWN? And then spikes randomly.. Help?
For example, I just started my server and this is what it is using.. Nobody is online, and while 40% of it is free at the moment, still way too much ram to be used while nobody is on and our world isn't massive by any means..

I pasted a large underground structure via schematics, and now trying to regen the surface to make things look good, but the server keeps overloading and or kicking a watchdog error
I have tons of ram on the server, and no one else logged in atm. Any way around this? I even have troubles with small selections
