You could get the player's direction, and add random values to the pitch and yaw of the direction.
Just press F3 in game, and look for the location and direction info. Find the pitch and yaw and look around a bit and see how it changes to get an idea of how big the random change needs to be.

@rugged gust uh dont have a coded one atm but i can point you in the right direction, make a HashSet<String> that you save in a config and then use a chat event, and use some regex patterns that replace symbols and numbers with nothing so that could possibly block it, and check if the final replaced message exists in the set

if you want to make premium plugins, one of the better approaches is what's called "freemium", where basically you pay for support and to support the creator, and then have the code open-source for anyone who wants to fork or just build it from source
