Spigot isn't modded such capabilities aren't easily possible and full fledged mods like create are impossible. This Is because how of mods work internally just wouldn't be possible for a server to execute anything of the sorts without the client being aware of it

#

Devs tends to do hacks to get around it but you will never get that modded feel stuff tends to be thrown and hacked into texture packs to look and work as expected

Im working on a plugin that plays custom ogg files (you can convert mp3 to ogg easily)

While it comes with a bunch of default music you can configure it if you know how resource packs work you could easily do your own music with it

#

Dont have it quite ready for release yet but if you add me/just ping me in like 2 days it will be on spigot 🙂
