I'm an absolute idiot when it comes to things like this so i dont want to mess anything up. Mainly just gonna run minecraft, phasmophobia and stuff like that windows license discluded and monitor + keyboard + mouse + headphones included

only way id see it happening is to get a prebuilt from currys but i really dont like the motherboard since its a very low tier board

if he did not need the peripherals maybe 1k would work but once again you would have compromises

minecraft is apparently more cpu bound so this and the currys pc would run about the same. i just really dont like the very low end board in the currys build

ahh the chepesat decent headset is not in stock at pcs so maybe just get one from amazon or somewhere
