Ohhh alright understandable. Well if is possible the RAM, cooler and case fan yes they would look fine on RGB.
About the case I’m very indecisive 😅, I saw some with wood and other with fishtank style but a fishtank style would be nice. I think Lian-Li cases looks good full black builds

here's the case I recommend right now, fish tank, but has good thermals with the radiator mounted on the front/side

the case itself comes with 3 fans stock, the cooler will have 3 more, and I added another 3, the case itself just doens't fit more
also, while there are cases that can take more fans, more fans also means more noise

the top 3 fans are admittedly less visible, you could probably leave the RGB out of those fans entirely

the issue with 4k is unless you plan on using a 32+ inch screen, you don't see any difference to a 1440p monitor, and you do clearly ahve money, so a 4k oled that big probably isn't an issue, but if you don't have the room for a massive display like that, 1440 is just fine, and you get higher FPS with it
