just to confirm, this?
https://www.elkjop.no/product/gaming/gaming-pc/stasjonar-gaming-pc/pcspecialist-prime-310-r7-7x1610244060ti-stasjonar-gaming-pc/636246
it's listed as having an air cooler. it can use a liquid cooler, specifically an AIO cooler, but thats an upgrade
Reason: Posted a link
this one? and please don't ping
That ones listed as cpu liquid cooling
I am so sorry my bad
didnt see it before i ended up replying
But yes it is that one
yeah, that one shows an AIO, lists it with one as well
Hmm thats so odd, because as i said the customer called complaining about it. As well as it being stuck in some kinda windows update loop. Is it possible the water cooling is just more hidden and not that obvious
the PC should look exactly like the pictures
Alright well he's bringing it in later today. So hopefully we'll be able to deal with it on site still strange though but thank you for the clarifications and i apologize about the ping :)
Just as a point the link that pride c sent was slightly differnt and is this one; https://www.elgiganten.se/product/gaming/gaming-pc/stationar-gamingdator/pcspecialist-prime-310-i5-14165060ti-stationar-dator-for-gaming/916370#specifications
Which shows as having what is in this image here which is not quite correct somewhere (the 100 is not liquid cooling)
the cooler is the correct one by name, but listed as liquid, I'm guessing the person setting up the page ticked the wrong box
If its the link you tried to send then correct, it is not, but the specs on that page kind of claim it is (incorrectly - and elgiganten need to correct thier listing)
