personally I would use a 360mm AIO for the cooling, yes it is a water cooler, but has no more maintenance over an aircooler like the spec above
as for the monitor, 4K is still very demanding, so to hit that 240fps you mentioned, you'll need to dial back the settings and/or use upscaling/frame gen
if possible, look into returning the monitor for a 1440p model, thats where a 5080 would be most comfortable as you'd get "real" frames, not the AI/upscaled frames you'd rely on
that all said, you still have options for the looks of it as I kept it to the lower end, the RAM could have RGB added, the case could be changed to something like one of the new fractal cases, or the be quiet! 800, maybe the gargantuan thermaltake 600

well for higher FPS you'd need to sacrifice image quality, or simply run the monitor at 1440p, neither ideal, but you can play around with the settings to see what you prefer

Wifi is built into the motherboard as well as ethernet, and it's about as good as any add in card you can get
Display port and HDMI will be via the graphics card, those are just cable types, where DP is best as a whole
240 frames will depend on the games and their settings
as you can see from the chart, on ultra settings it can across multiple games get an average of 110fps, however many settings on ultra can be disbaled/dialed back without any difference seen
the GPU will have 3 DP ports, and 1 HDMI, you'll only need the one if you have 1 monitor

depends on what you get to your home, not much point in getting aa cat 6 or better cable if all you get is 16Mbps where a cat 4 cable would do.
that said, the price would be roughly the same by now, so cat 6/6a would be a generally good option(1Gbps/10Gbps)

I don't like the Fractal Torrent case, personal dislike really, the PSU is on top and I feel it's not a good idea, the PSU ends up pulling in hot air from the case

the HDMI, you plug it in from the PS/XBOX to the astro dock, from the the HDMI out to the monitor/TV

The AIO coolers are self-contained and sealed - you should not try and change the liquid - that will void their warranty in fact
Cleaning the fans on the AIO radiator when you clean the other fans in the PC though should be done

as far as actual cooling ability, none.
the differences are in the gimmicks, those being LCD screens and how it connects and is controlled
some of the corsair coolers use what is called cosair link, makes it easy to add more fans and things, but that requires iCue, which is a terrible software and causes issues, all for a VERY high cost
I've got no experience with the NZXT cooler, but honstly I can only imagine it's only marginally better than iCue
is all that worth the extra cost for a tiny screen you'll barely look at?

Hyte Y60 or 70, they had the Y60 for a while, but not anymore, and the Y70 is expensive for what it is

setup of the PC is fairly straight forward, the worst part is updating and downloading drivers, and that just takes time
the PC itself is mostly ready to go out of the box, just MARK SURE TO REMOVE THE FOAM, you have no idea how much that hurt with the particular user here

You know the 2 ssd’s one I’ve got saved is 500gb and the other 4tb - is it like console where you need games on a specific console in order to play them or can they be on any storage device and i can still play / use any app ?

Games can be on whichever drive you care to put them - but we tend to suggest one drive for Windows (the small drive) and everything else on the other one - just means if you need to wipe Windows all your game files are still safe and sound
Things will default to install the C drive (the Windows drive) but you can set them to install on the other drive(s), I've got it so Steam and Epic by default install on my D drive

maybe but it's not massively difficult to figure it out 😛
Either way, 5070 is not really a 4K card and will struggle, but if you're happy to make compromises and play at LOW settings i'm sure you could get some decent FPS returns.
Watch the video above, in some games at ultra settings the 5070 still gets over 60 fps like on God of WAr, but on Hogwarts its well below 50 so its really game dependant

you could get a arctic or corsair cooler if you wanted but ive seen no major complaints about the frostflows

This is a different friend - basically he had the pcs 240 and his started “gurgling” not even 2 months into having it and what pcs suggested was a to put the fans to extreme to blow out any trapped air but he couldnt and so he basically upgraded to the icue 360 so he can control it and I kinda like that extra feature

You can see both heat sinks in the build image. Your first drive will be under the one with “M.2” on it, and the other one will be under the heat sink below the GPU with “get TUF game tough” on it

if the pc does not boot you would have to do a clean install to remove icue. you would then have to reinstall icue to control the special icue features the cooler has
get either of these of you dont want the frostflow @glacial tapir they both wont require ique
or just go back to the pcs cooler since they already built it there would be a extra charge to replace it. if your fine with paying the small bit extra for them to change the cooler swap it to either of those two

WiFi is the wireless connection.
The box with the ethernet ports is called a router.
As rakk said already, ethernet won't fix high ping but you should have pretty low ping with a fibre connection. Mine is usually sub 10ms
