To kick things off, my main focus is uncompromised performance at load, whilst reducing noise as much as possible.
Case: Fractal define 7 seems like the most recommended. I would've liked to pair it with something like a noctua u12a, since the focus of the case is enclosed for noise isolation; doesn't make much sense to open it for an AIO (But does it?, more cooling = less fan speed = less noise).
Is it worth replacing the stock fans?
If you recommend an AIO, should I also go for an airflow case, in which.. case should that be?
CPU seems pretty obvious best option.
Motherboard also. But let me know why not!
Is it worth waiting (and paying) for the asus tuf 5080, or should I settle for one of the in stock options? Should I wait for something even better to come in stock, potentially a suprim soc?
Or should i downspec to a 70xt/ti?
Non overclocked, 850w will be plenty?
Should i use stock paste, or select mx-4? I know for higher end AIO like the icue titan, the stock paste is better, but what for pcs home brand?
Intended use is 90% gaming, 9% misc, 1% productivity.

Budget isnt enough for a 5090, and I whilst dont dislike money, i wouldn't mind paying a bit more for silence. I have peripherals
