Something like the AMD 7800X3D would be a far better idea than Intels offering at the mo for gaming - which is what you stated it'd be for
Also for gaming you most certainly wouldnt not need that pricey a motherboard (though that exact mobo would be amoot point if you went for the AMD anyway)

And you could save money by not going for the expensive MB, OTT on the RAM, etc

And I'd agree with Rakk, if your focus is gaming, 7800X3D should be the CPU

I think you'd need a very fast internet to really feel the difference to WiFi 7, as WiFi 6 already allows speed up to 9.6 Gbit/s.
And of course you need a router that supports it, as mentioned by B4zookaw
