Around month ago i asked for assistance with building pc up to £4000. Received top notch help but i gave myself some time to think about it and came to conclusion that I wont use full potential of such a powerful rig and truly it would be wasted.

What is your budget?
I am happy to spend £2.5 - 3k on setup as long as i will be able to use it fully

What is intended purpose of the PC?
Video editing gameplays (Premiere Pro, After Effect), photoshop, YouTube content creation, Streaming.

What resolution of monitors you will be using?
2x 1440p, 27 & 32 inch

What country will you be buying from?
UK

It would be great if 4080 or latest radeon could be accommodated and 64 ram

Aio is too small, you need a 360

it also might not be any harm in going with a higher watt PSU

I would personally grab a 14700k instead of 12900k. especally with premiere pro.

360 AIO is recommended for Intel. Just their CPUs are very power hungry.

7950x3d does have scheduling problems which i dont know if they are fixed. the issue is mostly the games sometimes not using the 3D VCache (since its using two 8core nodes. only 1 of them gets VCache)

a 7800x3d doesnt have these issues

Add three Corsair fans for the side intake

Made a few changes to the above to maximise your budget. Dropped the motherboard to the Z790 TUF which is perfectly adequate. Upped your RAM speed and given you a 4TB secondary drive with 850W PSU and a 360 AIO.

Hi Jem, So tomorrow is the day when I'm ordering my pc and I can't thank you enough for support and advice.

Going further just curiosity as it's my 1st top spec pc. Why Intel in your opinion is better than amd cpu?

Intel is the better CPU for productivity tasks.. so I chose that based on your usage

It's also a small thing.. but something I encountered.. some of the RAW video footage that comes off SLR cameras (Like the Sony Alpha) is in a format that AMD CPUs can't decode.. but Intel ones can. So they're a lot quicker when working with these particular file formats.

If your primary use of the PC is gaming, then I'd say - swap to AMD. If it's productivity - Intel.
