pc build need opinions and does ssd drive for

What is the purpose of pc? Gaming only? Or something else? There’s a few things I’d change straight away, RAM, cooling, storage. But knowing what the intended use and what monitors you’ll be using would help. And budget?

If it’s just gaming the cpu is prob not the best pick. I’d change to 7800x3d, up ram to 6000, cooler to 280, and swap the HDD for sdd. Not sure why you need all that storage.

Would aim for SSD's for games. HDD's are fine for general file storge tho. Also def wouldn't suggest having games on an external drive
