Hey guys, does a 7900xtx paired with a 7800x3d need 1000w or is 850w a valid choice. Also do you have any other suggestions for this build

It’s to game mainly star citizen, my monitor is ultra wide I think 3840x1440 but cant remember, budget is 2.2k I hope, UK, no brand preference : )
