I'm clueless aswell but a suggestion I can make is that you won't need the mx-4 thermal paste, the standard paste pcs provide really is sufficient

I would also suggest removing the HDD as the SSD you have selected is fine. Should help save a little

Gotta be said I'd always suggest at least 2 drives, one for the OS (Windows) and it can be smaller and then another drive for everything else, though HDD's are considered really quite slow nowadays - good for documents music etc though)
But on lower budgets you can just start with one main drive (the M.2) and add more drives later when funds become available

Well if you budget can manage it without compromising on anything else I'd got for a 500GB M.2 for your OS and something like a 1TB drive SSD or M.2 for your next drives for everything else - but as I say you don't not want to compromise anything else, drives are easy to add later on when funds become available, whereas upgrades to big stuff like GPU/CPU etc cost a lot more to upgrade

I would wait and see if any other replies though I'm not the best at doing full specs, the 12th series Intels are now a little out of date, AMD may be a better way to go but I'm not sure
