I don't think it's well balanced at all. The display is frankly poor, the graphics card is way over the top, and the rest of the system is ok but there are lots of changes I'd personally want

Your budget is £1600 including peripherals, and it's just for gaming. Is that correct?

If you’re rendering/3d modelling then will you need NVIDIA cuda cores for that? Obviously something an AMD graphics card doesn’t have.. or are you able to utilise the features of an AMD card?

If you want to get a solid system with an Nvidia card for under £1600 including a monitor, basically you're looking at the 3060 Ti, not ideal, but not awful. You can't get a well-balanced system with a 4000-series card for that kind of money.
