Here would be a nice Pc that I feel is quite well balanced with performance and aesthetics. Nice airflow case and an AIO as requested, although might be worth waiting to see if the ARGB 240 comes back as it’s a better looking unit and will fit your case fans nicely. It also has okay upgradablity. In tests, Hardware unboxed tested a 5800X3D and 4070 to average 320W on a demanding gaming load so that’s totally an upgrade path you could use in the future

Only real way to change how much white is in this PC is the case and going for the ASUS prime motherboard. If you're happy to play around with the PC you could also fit extensions and your own white cooler?
