I will be getting a 1440p monitor (144hz , VA )
The Setup will be used for gaming , streaming and sometimes making videos and stuff if I get into it

I'd personally grab something like this https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/computers-for-next-day-delivery/1442/ and spend the extra on a new monitor.
Plus Nvidia GPUs gives Nvenc Encoder which for streaming Its great since you dont have to rely on your CPU that much when your GPU can handle the load.
Alternatively. AM4 might be a way to go

Yes. Streaming is basically done though the GPU and 6 cores is plenty for gaming right now

is the 4000x alright?
You can fit a 360mm AIO in the front of a 4000D/X, it'll just depend how large the 6800XT they have is. If the configurator doesn't let you with the 4000D, I wouldn't risk it personally.
