Budet is 1200, monitor is 1080p 180hz uses are This will be a gaming PC. Overwatch2, GTA, Rainbow Six Siege. Those are games I play on an Xbox. Would like to play Spider-Man when I get my pc.
Gaming mostly. Overwatch 2, GTA, Spider-Man, god of war.
LMAO whoops
Oh nice 😆
Was really stressed out about getting a PC before but there’s so many people to help! 😄
This is correct
Is upgradability important to you? @mild tusk
Yeah probably for the future
how long do you want this pc to last
Not sure if I’ll overclock don’t know much about it
5 years atleast
Is it easy to clean PC’s?
as long as you keep up regularly its easy, dusting every few months with compressed air is plenty, depending on how dusty your room is
just blow some dust away
is mostly what you'll need to do
side note you should put your PC on your desk
rather than on the floor
otherwise it'll suck up more dust
I got a small change suggested here, its the case, and drives that I think are a little off

Noted
for the above if you want to stretch a little further the bulk storage can be bumped to 2TB instead of 1 TB
i would go for a more recent mobo if you want it to last a while
What’s a mobo?
motherboard
This'd be my view on things- I've removed the dual drive setup which has effectively afforded me a tonne of other stuff, storage is super cheap and a very easy add these days.
-better TUF B660 motherboard that'll happily handle a future CPU upgrade
-Higher quality and higher wattage PSU for again, more future upgradability

wasn't it a 13600 in the forum post
Do I need 750w power supply? The website told me before I only needed 550w
750w would be a waste of money and power so yeah 550w
750W will let you upgrade in the future without worrying about the PSU change too
changing a PSU is a nightmare
oh right
Is psu power supply?

That said, spending 1200 on a 6600 system irks me a bit so here's an AMD option that allows for a 3060TI. You're down a bit on CPU power, but you gain about 30-40% in GPU power. Plus in terms of future upgrade path, the 5800X3D is a fantastic CPU that'll sit in here nicely

What LVF said, sure you can use a 550, but if you wanna upgrade in the future, I'd suggest 750 or 850
Do you think you’ll know what frames I’d get on games?
