Not everyone will be getting emails on the first week of Feb. It was a delay in their process and they are still shipping weekly. For now its best to wait.

I wouldn't know that one chief, I'm just another user like you, I am working with the info I got, But I suggest being patient, They will announce when everyone should have gotten emails and if you miraculously still haven't gotten it... Then i'd email
