esp for someone with 700 hours playing since the pre specail resources patch and old school planet system, but 4.0 has me LOST with planets, im turning one 25 size planet I found into a trade planet, by spamming the civy districts and trade hubs when the pop grows, but im making my capital into a research planet, so far I have 3 T3 research plants on my tiles, and of course its using a fair amount of exotic gas, now my resource plants I seem to only be able to build 1 gas ref per planet
How am i suppose to scale up my special resources (im tryna get good for ZOFE and sins of a fallen empire mod updating haha

since buildings determine the jobs per district, have you tried building more districts?
iirc, refineries should also grant strategic resources from artisans and metallurgists
it doesn't really matter in which order but i usually build 3 forges/civilian factories, the building that increases the output of the correspondent job, the building that decreases the job's upkeep and 1 of each refineries
As so if I’m reading this right, each district (slot of 3 or 6 buildings) can hold one special manufacturing only
So if I have like 4 districts on a planet I could have 4 gas plants or motes
