Dig them out and remove all the surrounding substrate
It shouldn't be harmful but I wouldn't risk it
Should be fine. A few of my bioactives grow mushrooms on occasion. As long as your animals don’t eat them it’s fine. It’s a sign of a healthy bioactive
They shouldn't cause any problems, but I wouldn't take risks regarding any living animal.
Should be fine it is beneficial fungi it just means the substrate is moist and nutrient rich for plants
