I know it's BEYOND anachronistic and this game is at least sort of trying to stay Ice Age/Stone Age in terms of setting... but I still think that there's potential to be tapped here. Plus, the new update is slated to include ||Sivatherium from the Miocene, and the fish you can catch include Mesozoic ammonites and belemnites, plus Haikuichthys which goes back to the Cambrian||. Dinosaurs aren't a big stretch in comparison, especially if we only put them in one place in a sort of mini Lost World situation.
My thought is that in a large lower area of the jungle yet to be opened up, the local animals to be found include a couple of iconic dinosaurs (Velociraptor, Stegosaurus, Diplodocus, Pachycephalosaurus, Parasaurolophus, Chasmosaurus, Tyrannosaurus Rex, etc) in addition to the Junglefowl - insert joke about dinosaurs being related to chickens here.
You'd be able to tame the smaller ones like other animals: Velociraptor pets, Pachycephalosaurus/Parasaurolophus/Chasmosaurus mounts on your farm.
The big ones, like the mammoths, would be pets as babies only: Stegosaurs, Diplodocus, and T. rex
The farmed dinosaurs could drop things like scales which you can probably make into fertilizer that makes crops grow bigger/revert to their wild form, horns in the case of Chasmo for Quality Hornmeal, and for all of them Dinosaur Eggs to go with ostrich and junglefowl eggs!
