Does anyone have know what rewards/accessories are given from the different prophecies. Also, does it actually give us the accessory or just makes it available for purchase?

I haven't completed them all, but so far, every prophecy group completed has given me a useable accessory item.

you instantly receive the jewelry.
open your inventory, click on your jewelry slots and they should show up

It's received by everyone who's playing at the time of completion, but if playing in multiplayer and someone wasn't on at the time they'd have to go to Vuak for it
