In other farming sims, just like this one, people often pass out while running to bed, missing it by a few seconds. I would love it if they could add a "safety" guard, where if you pass out in your own house, you are still "okay" (or maybe at least wake up in your house?)

Cannot upvote enough. I was about to make a meme-y video with a montage of the 20+ times I passed out directly beside my bed.
Also, if you own a home and you pass out (even inside that home) you often respawn in your grandparents hut instead of your own home. Waking up in your house would be great.

I agree. Like if I pass out on the floor of my house, let me just wake up there instead of having the grandparents drag me back to their place? If anything, maybe throw on like a 5pt stamina reduction for the morning just from passing out on the ground

I actually made a suggestion about this haha, either you wake up in your own house, or there's an explanation as to why you wake up in someone else's (usually grandparent's) house, like they found you passed out and brought you into their house. Definitely agree with op, that if you pass out inside your own house, it should for sure count as having gone to bed

I'd feel way more guilty if I woke up in a neighbors home and they were all "We found you passed out in X location. Don't worry us like that!"

I completely agree. Especially since the bed is so far from the door! And afaik, you can't move it closer.
