weirdly worded seeing as 1.1.258.0 is the release version.
There has only been a hotfix (hotfixes typically don't change version# for most devs), the devs have said they are "heads-down" working on the first patch(es), probably to avoid needless exposure to internet cultures tendency to fanatically backlash sometimes, so i'd assume they are addressing the biggest concerns (which, if your "main bug" is other's main bug, then it should be addressed, though as Mojo said, would help to know what it is.) before answering questions and giving a back and forth dialogue about feedback.
I'd expect this to take about a ~week give or take, to either hear an ETA or get the patch itself as who knows if they are just gonna drop it without an ETA or not.
I'd say, a week from now and nothing, then even diehard fans would start to be sus.
