#Bumped to 1.6.0 swc-loader module not found

Just did a version:bump to 1.6.0. running yarn install swc-loader reports its already available. Yet when I try to start the app locally I get a Module Not Found error on it:

Ah i think we might be a slight tweak in the cli on our end. In the meantime, could you make sure that all your cli versions are in sync? yarn why @backstage/cli should show a single version only
