I recall some Jewish denomination has haggling with God as an important explicit tenet? While I can't speak for Bahai, for all other Abrahamists - Christians, Muslims, and Mormons - whacking God with his own holy text is a big no-no.

I like the concept of a book based weapon. Modeling it after an actual book - bible, torrah, etc would open the door to a lot of bad juju.
