Yikes. That low empathy = garbage co-op ability. Also, that's way too much vitality. 300 hp should be plenty. Maybe dump all the dust you put into vitality into empathy instead. 31 atk, 13 vit, and 22 emp would be alot better (some would even argue you should sacrifice some of your atk for more emp as well)

i prefer just doing light attacks. i feel it does more damage as the co op takes long to fill up. unless i missed a perk that lets it fill up faster

Empathy is important for all co-ops, as it takes in account all participants' empathy. So if you have 2 empathy and join in on a shield co-op, all 3 of you get less shield than if you had 10 or 20 emp. For bow, lower empathy = less volley damage. So for typical runs, higher empathy is more valuable than higher health since everything is pretty much a dps check (unless your awareness and ability to dodge is awful, 250 to 300 hp should be enough).

There is a perk that generates co-op abilities 60% faster, a common relic you can find that generates it 100% faster, and a rare relic that generates co-op orbs from co-strikes...which significantly boosts the rate at which you'll earn your co-op ability.

I don't have a SS, but attack and empathy in the low 40's is pretty average in good runs of purg. Really impressed EX managed that in Inferno when most games barely last 15 minutes these days
