Hello, I was able to find a possible solutions with the user Haru, the first was to use an application that comes with MSI afterburner, "RivaTunerStatisticServer" I opened it in the system try menu, at the bottom right in add look for the game and add it to the list (it should appear global and the game), and on the right in application detection level I set it to "none"

Disable MSI Afterburner, AMD Overdrive, or any other similar program you have installed that may be preventing the game from launching properly.

No I didnt alter those files. Just installed the game with MSI afterburner installed.

turning off MSI afterburrner/RiVA stats server did the trick for me

i was starting to a black screen. after truning off my FPS overlay it launches properly now

I've disabled most unecessary tasks, including anything to do with AMD, I do not have any MSI or RTSS services running on my computer and I still can't get past the Ingernal page.

My Fiancé is having the same issue, though she doesn't seem to has the MSI afterburner or the AMD over drive or anything of the kind. Any solutions or tips to help solve?

if Epic has an overlay, then i cannot seem to see it lol

No, editing or deleting these files seems to potentially cause issues. Ideally, they should be in the default state that they were in when the Epic Games Launcher was first installed.

problem resolved, she didnt have nvidia experience installed aka didnt update her drivers lol so if anyone else needs help make sure youve done that as well

Still stuck at the Inferno screen. I noticed also that the only option I have for display options is 640x480. This wasn't the case when I first launched the game after downloading.
