if you use a metamask wallet

i would highly suggest disconnecting that scam website from your list of connected sites

on the top right of your metamask wallet there should be a way to see all sites that you've connected your wallet to

@nova ingot I just sent a complaint to RTFKT, was the forging address the best one to do this to?

The UPS app ain’t syncing/registering and I need clarity on my order. I got like over 50 pairs arriving and feel like there should be a little more support bro. Drops are drops, but the way RTFKT manage them is a bit all over the place. Random dates and times spread out over months nearly a year in advance. For big orders there needs to be some more support and people ain’t in the country all the time like that.

It’s all right bro. I’ve made a complaint to RTFKT copying in Nike. It’s all stress and just scatty. This is unbecoming of the Nike brand and I can tell you for free, from the last few drops and so on that every times there’s mad issues, it’s just a matter of time before Nike either step in and make big changes or drop the whole thing and take an L, they can’t afford for this Mickey Mouse handling and lack of customer service. Anyway, the individual support for Nike customers is still better than any form of support provided for RTFKT orders and that’s an issue, the idea of being part of a bigger brand is to be able to tap into their know how, logistics and governance: that does not appear to be the case here.

I’m sorry to say but I have never experienced anything like this when ordering anything, especially trainers. Any reputable supplier gives tracking and updates and access to responsive support. We are half way through June and still no tracking, no date, no update even that it’s going to be late. Doing that in holiday season is just silly to be honest, even UPS should know better entertaining this madness. How many re deliveries they gonna have to do, how many returns Nike gonna have to manage. Doing a drop in this fashion (mind the pun) in June/July is what we call a Schoolboy Howler.
