The change we made was simply you need to claim by reveal instead of claim without reveal. You still have the ability to claim. Understand that is frustrating and apologies for that, but frankly it doesn’t make much sense for vial holders to receive an airdrop but unclaimed clones do not. 1. Yes that's correct the decision was slightly reversed as you need to reveal your vial to be eligible...but as it has been for the past year, you could always reveal and then claim your egg making you eligible (I understand this is a meaningful difference)
2. A clone who didnt claim their egg

That statement means that we are giving all the remaining eggs back to holders including those considered "active" - this could also apply to those holding vials as well, it will be based on metrics we haven't yet disclosed. Being a vial holder doesn't automatically mean inactive, if that's what you are reading my message to mean

Re: #2, isn’t a clone who didn’t claim their egg the same as a mint vial holder that doesn’t claim their egg (if allowed)? In other words: within clones, there are active/inactive and within mint vial holders there are active/inactive. Say 50% of the mint vial holders are active community members, why alienate them? That’s what I’m stuck on. If you’re bleeding community members, why alienate another ~250 active community members?

Personally for me if you are wanting to be in the ecosysyem longer term id say a clone since its the main og collection for rtfkt. When I see what dropped in the pass when owning a clone I did not get a lot of drops I wanted to stock up I see it says pre forge and forged what does that mean

So typically when items become available for physical redemption it begins as a pre forged token and once you redeem it you then burn it for a forged token during the forging event. However, the forging events are only open during select timeframe and when done they are no longer able to be redeemed. So like right now, can’t forge anything as there’s no forging event.

So my best bet to join is to secure an egg, either by getting a Clone vial, or just paying .375 ETH on opeasea for the secondary. Prices could go up or down after march 1, but they will still be available until the supply reaches 20k

so for example, if an alien dna clone minted an egg

RTFKT has made some communication mistakes, but overall they have delievered, they shipped out clothes and shoes which are great qualities. i think people are overly harsh on the project, but if the team is building through the bear market and here to stay, i think 1eth is super undervalued. there are some new projects that's 0.5eth that has done nothing, and for double the price for entry to rtfkt i'd say the price is pretty good.

but this is NFT, the most volatile and unpredictable asset class. and the market could be illogical for a long time

personally i think rtfkt cloneX is the lowest risk play with the highest potential return.

ive noticed that recently it doesnt acknowledge that you own a nft for a little while recently

idk why but u might have to just wait a few hours and try again 😅

it might be because since its done thru opensea

and opensea doesnt allow you to move nfts for a few hours once its in your wallet

or list nfts
