if you are referring to buying the physical vial, forging hasn't begun so no one can buy the physical vial yet.

in the digital side, it wont affect anything. If you buy the evolved vial then you have that vial to equip onto the dunk genesis nft not a one time use item.

well theres only 2 phases to evolve into which is evo 2 and evo3, which you burn a certain amount of vials (2 or 3 depending on dna) into an evolved vial. If you buy an already evolved evo3 vial for example, can't evolve it more since evo3 is already highest it can go. If you purchase an evo2 vial and decide you want evo3 then you can burn the evo2 + evo1 vials into evo3 vial.

as far as the kicks, the seller doesnt own the vial anymore so they cant have an equipped shoe (assuming thats the only vial they own)

so if you own an evox skin vial from this collection, https://opensea.io/collection/skinvial-evox you can get the physical vial that you attach to the shoe. There are 24 different vial designs (8 Dnas x 3 different evos) so for example if you are wanting a robot evo3 for your void dunks, you can either 1) evolve the skin vials yourself buy buying the individual vials 2) buying the evolved vial itself.

we actually dont know if dunk evolution will be available for the token you can claim when you receive the physical shoe

my guess is most likely not

as itll likely just be an authentication token you can link to the physical shoe

im not 100% sure though so dont take my word for it

if you were going to forge im afraid its too late, but you can evolve again after forging is closed

so in about 18 hours is when forging will end

Forging at the moment is to get the physical vial that you can place on the dunks.

Evolving is the process of burning vials into different evolution phases. This will alter the digital/ virtual shoe when you equip the vial on the dunk genesis nft

Dunks had a forging event already, so that’s too late if you’re wanting physical shoes.

Waiting for updates on animus which seems to be next in line, depending how long you been gone your clone could still have animus egg (assuming you haven’t redeemed it already)

Well the two highlighted are the vials you own that are not evolved. You can buy them the 2 vials next to those are Evo 2 and evo 3 vials that you get when burning multiple vials together. That’s the only thing you’d be missing out since you missed the deadline to evolve before forging event.
