In order to be able to forge (claim physical) you need to own NFT that have allocation for it. Eligible nfts are in this collection https://opensea.io/collection/rtfkt-nike-cryptokicks. But since event already started and some people forged sneakers you need to check if given nft you want to buy still have unused allocation. On left side of OS there is trait "Forging status" that allow you to search for nft with partial or full allocation left. But best to double check using "redemption checker" on mainpage of rtfkt.com.
Once you find and buy nft you need account on rtfkt.com and connect wallet with bought nft, after that click on banner "enter here" availabe on mainpage and follow steps you are asked. How this look like you can view for example here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NZgVK4j9wds

for af1s, you'd typically want to size down half a size

so for example, if you wear a size 10.5

you'd go with size 10.0

or you could go true to size in case you're worried

worst case scenario, it would just be very slightly bigger

its not like if you log in and check your order history or inventory any of this appears,
