looks like you've been tricked and probably signed transaction that allowed scammer to clean your wallet.

Ledger is safer from metamask or any wallet generated online in sense scammers won't get your seedphrase unless you provide it somehow to them or upload it to online/PC (for example import wallets to metamask not connect them)

not much can be done with assets that are already gone from your wallet

you would need to make a second / new account on dot swoosh,

new email > new dot swoosh if you want to have two dot swooshes

the dot swoosh handle can't be transferred or sold, not yet at least, so you can get both if u want to keep both for youself

you could claim the dot swoosh code

and sell it to someone for a few bucks who doesnt have their code yet
