One person initiates battlegrounds causing an invite code to be generated and a lobby to be created. This code is then sent out to the other players that will join the battlegrounds session. Individual cool downs still apply, but alliance cool downs no longer need to be tracked. Dropping out of banner and applying to alts to initialize sessions also no longer needs to happen. The disruption of battlegrounds to teams goes away causing a much greater quality of life. Once all the players that should be in the session have joined the lobby, the creator can start it
