I say why not. There should be an option to reset the Hero’s, which would also reset the HCA. Start back at 0 and depending how you spend the points that will determine your HCA level. Easy peasy

The main drawback I see with that would be the points awarded in hero events, you could just level up your mythics again and again 🤣 However I do think we should be able to trade in relics that have never been used on heroes like Pyat Pree and Sansa for example

You could also be given a penalty and lose 25% of your points for resetting it. That’s one option. Another could be you lose the ability to participate in the next hero events until you have completely used all the points. There is an uncomplicated way to do this, people just want to argue.

Correct. That is indeed the purpose of the hero store. It's so there's a reward for maxing heroes.
This is another thing your suggestion quite genuinely cannot address; Hero relics are already exchanged to stags. how does that impact the stag store? What if you spent stags on the relics; would you get the relics back or the stags?

Also, I think there are two dynamics being discussed here — neither of which I agree with tho. Reverting leveled up heroes, and a way to convert non maxed heroes into other stuff

Just a recommendation to the OP and other suggestions around the hero topic. Think need to be more practical instead of going against the grain. Heroes has been a huge investment from WB. And is a work that keeps adding up every 2 months. They won’t just redo the feature and change its nature. That’s unfeasible. So you might have a better time coming up with suggestions on how to add value to your existing collection of heroes and stars you have accumulated. Or features that would entice you to max heroes you don’t have a use for today.
