Remove the writ requirement for resource exchange.

As someone who trains troops fairly regularly boxed food is often times scarce. It would be nice if during gather events you could exchange wood for food without needing an unrealistic number of writs in order to finish a training event. Last time I took a look at the recipe tab 2k writs (+ resource being exchanged) only amounted to 100m food and at that point even if it was double most players would rather save those for additional march slots.

Throughout the week there will be a “Gather” event where its either food, wood, stone or iron. If you go into recipies it allows you to select a variety of methods of exchange which each require writs.
