I think it was a great move to expand and have T4 hold 2.5. As kingdoms advance and events like TYM, it may be time to allow T3 to hold 3.5s and T4 to hold 3s.
This should not be all kingdoms but more advanced ones. Maybe 2x SYC.
Maybe do it as a pilot run built into a weekend event (just never breech weekend) to see if it can work
Maybe add some new SOP also
