Hi there, if you're interested in learning the aspects of raiding and a place where you can grow with as well as have fellowship then Perceus is the right guild for you.
Since it's inception our main focus has been on helping people learn and enjoy raiding. Our guild is a cooperative environment that helps each other in and outside of raids; we have a discord; we can translate the kr meta as needed as well as many other benefits.

As far as our requirements to sum them up for a lack of a better word we're looking for people to "try".
Please find below the minimum requirements of what we consider as such:
Raid damage minimum: 100 mil OR perfect participation during raids
Attendance:
-Do not miss 3 days in a row
-Do not miss a total of 6 raid attacks in the week that raids are active
Performance:
-Continually improve (it can be baby steps or giant leaps)
-be sure to ask questions to get a better understanding of team comps
-hit the proper elemental advantages in raids (if you have no type advantage then hit neutral)
-DO NOT hit the same boss more than once unless there is not other option
