DauLimitExceeded exceptions typically means your title has been disabled. Check if you've gotten any kind of an email to any of your administrative email addresses or the billing contact address configured on your billing information page.
You'll have typically been given notice of something occurring with your title that would lead to it being disabled along with instructions on how to get it re-enabled.
It was delayed payment from me, it’s happening sometimes because I’m on war in Ukraine and can’t manage payments in time, but this time after money received they don’t activate plan as usually and in limits tab everything is ok
Depending on when the payment went through it might have missed the window that our support staff was available to reactivate the title. I'd expect reactivation to normally happen tomorrow when people are back in the office.
