How exactly do I see if I do? If I upgrade my acount to Pay as you go I won't have this problem?
you should have a "view quota" on the "Multiplayer Servers" part of Game Manager.
And you'd still have to ask for extra quota even if you switch to Pay as you go.
That means I still have quota?
yeah - any chance you have other builds in East US? Also make sure you are selecting the appropriate VM SKU

Well, I was taking a look at the Quota Change page, even if I request 25 (I have 24), it says "This request is too large to approve today."
I really don't have 2 business days, I have playtests going on...
@noble moth man I really need help on this, my playtest was ongoing, I was gonna make a little adjust to the build now I can get my server up again in EAST US

Please don't ping staff directly. Most of us don't actually have the power to influence this.
When you deallocate your machine it does take some time for the quota to return. While requesting quota its important to get enough reserve quota so you have room for this kind of build swap. If you've put the quota request in the servers team already has it, they are the right team to help you.
Yeah but I was thinking about going live with Playfab and I need support, but now, who would subscribe for a service you need to beg for support? You know, sorry for this, Playfab was mistake from the beginning
