Hey guys, just had my first day on the job today so figured I’d make a post in here.
I started learning on Scrimba in July of 2024. I’d just finished college, where the A levels I studied were for a future in Sports Science. But I realised that career wasn’t what I wanted for myself.
A family friend recommended programming, so I gave it a go. In July 2024 I saw my first ever line of code on the Scrimba Frontend Developer career path.
Scrimba is an incredible learning resource, and it was exactly what I needed to build a strong foundation in tech.
Fast forward a year later, I’ve just started my job as a software engineer for one of the biggest companies in the world.
Keep learning, say yes to whatever opportunities you can get, and trust in the process.
