The gunner is a sharpshooter now, you will get killed more often by him.
The yellow-haze anti-cheating mechanism is too sensitive.
The auto shotgun is harder to trigger insta-kill.
Runners on horror get two wrist devices on each wrist instead of one.
The speed run mutation has a count-down timer on status screen now and it stops when all runners are in the safe room.

Have you double checked downtown poison? Because I am pretty sure I got damaged by it a few weeks ago but it could be a faint charger hit.
I really don't think gunner changed. I think this could be a side effect of having higher health. You think it's more sharpshooting, but in reality, he just gets to shoot more before dying = he has a higher chance of killing you
