How can I use firewall with Azure Managed Redis? | Microsoft Azure | Page 1

Hi,

To cut some costs, I am keeping my Azure resources public but locking them behind the firewall (restrict them to my IP and other Azure resources only).

I want to use Redis Managed Cache on the cheapest tier (Balanced - B0) and use the firewall like I have been for the other resources (key vault, blob storage, etc.), but I do not see it anywhere currently.

What are my options? Thanks for any help!

I don't think I have that (I think) because I am using Azure Managed Redis, not Cache for Redis.

I am not totally sure what the difference between the two is, other than I think the Cache for Redis (not Managed Redis) is more expensive.

I get 0.5 GB for $11/mo ($22-24 in production for the high-avalability thing) vs 250MB at $16/mo (not sure if that doubles for the high-avalability setting)

ah, gotcha... Yeah, I don't think Azure Managed Redis has that capability.
