That's correct. AVD itself doesn't have a cost. You pay for the compute and storage just like any regular VM, plus the public IP same as you would sans AVD. Plus any licensing that you've purchased separately for access.

they cost nothing for existing i mean when i say like ressource group and they're just here to manage and gather ressources used by avd

Mhm. Host pool is your collection of session hosts registered to AVD. Application groups are a collection of apps published from the host pool. Workspaces are a collection of app groups.

All logical but they do have features and characteristics that are specific to each.
