Last question if u have any idea , if i created a azure virtuel deskop using only 1VM and this vm is delocated there is no additional billing right ? ( beside the disk and public ip of the vm ) like the function of azure virtuel desktop does not charge more than the vm herself

Multisession image w/ AVD. Just be aware that every user needs to have a valid desktop license in the 365 admin center.

I mean in the documentation is unallowed to use multi session image with a windows vm you need to use only with avd
