Can I use Azure without giving Microsoft my address/phone number?

I am just trying to learn more about Entra ID so I am not planning on actually using this for a company.
When trying to create a new tenant Microsoft asks me for a ton of personal information:

Is there an alternative or some kind of workaround?

Thats used for billing.

you dont necessarily need subscription

but if you are just testing out entra, use the link i provided

you get E5 tenant for free to play in

filled with user and data

should be easier than making it yourself
