You need 64 bit builds

If you build an APK with mono, you'll get 32 bit builds, they won't install on modern android versions (14+)

I won't say reuploading is too bad. It means your game has a meaning and value if someone cares enough to back-up and reupload the game
Is it nice and ethical? Not entirely. Does it cause versioning mess because the reupload would be outdated very soon? Probably. But I wouldn't treat it as the end of the world and taking down the download links

If I would release my tank game and someone would share the files I would be happy because it increases the exposure. Unless they keep an outdated version causing more trouble than good
