A GT-R and myself bullied some horse’s ass on a motorcycle because he almost crashed into the back of an SUV in front of us.
It was late at night (like 10 PM) and we were going up this tight blind curve, and this guy on his bike flies by between the GT R and myself. Just as he passes us, the SUV ahead starts changing lanes and bike bro slams on the brakes, wobbles, and slots in behind said SUV. He jumps over to my lane but there’s another car in front and that’s when this GT R started to box him in (once the SUV out of the way). I got up right behind him as well. The GT R was loud as shit, and when the biker broke out, he got into a turning lane and the GT R crept up behind him, then revved it. Biker guy freaked. He whipped his head around thinking the GT R was going to rear-end him. That guy was legit shaken up.
When my friend got his bike, he was the fucking worst. He admitted it to. He said he was glad he wrecked because he was starting to feel unstoppable.

Yeah, my friend rode everywhere. His wreck destroyed his knee (it fully recovered) and bent the shit out of his bike’s handle. He was such a fucking idiot, that he rode the bike after our trip to Austin (for the F1 race). He was still wearing a brace. Literally rode it around the neighborhood. We talked about that a few months ago. He said, “why the fuck did I do that?”
What’s funny is, he was being tame as shit.

I haven’t seen the other Ferrari I mentioned in a hot minute. But, he and I had semi-similar schedules (we’d be in the strip mall around the same time), so I may go there to see if he still does whatever the fuck he’s doing there.
Same thing with some woman and her Bentley SUV. I met her at the car wash (the one I’ve sent pics from) and I used to see her all the time around town or at that strip mall. all the time. Haven’t seen her in a while. I saw her so often, even a cousin who hangs out with me every other week got used to seeing her.

A friend of mine sent that to me (I don’t remember where he found it). Apparently has something to do with the street racing take overs throughout Atlanta (it’s quite the epidemic; even the suburbs are struggling with it). I did like one proposal from our former mayor, Keisha Lance Bottoms (thats her real name); her son proposed it might be prudent to have a designated area for street racing. I don’t think it’s the worst idea.
With malls dying, that could be a good place for such a venue. But, I think racing is still taking it a step too far. I don’t think drag racing would be an issue, but a general circuit without a governing body could be problematic.
Personally, I’d rather see stretches of highways without speed limits. Not for racing, just to get where you’re going at the speed you want to do.
That’s a pretty cool area. I’m kind of shocked this took place there.
Two states were pretty big hold outs when it came down to speed limits (I had this discussion with a buddy of mine an about a year ago).
I think it’s feasible in some parts of Georgia. Probably not Atlanta.
Either way, a little research and/or a sandbox pilot program could provide more data to see whether it’s worth a shot.

I want to fly the Arrow. I’ve sat in the back of one during one of my long-ass flights (my instructor wanted me to experience the commercial license curriculum between flights).
That’s the flight.
I was fucking exhausted. Did about a 2 hour flight before this. When we landed, my instructor sees his commercial license student doing the preflight, and he says, “you know what, hop in the back set with my commercial student. He’s got a quick cross-country flight today.”
So I sat back seat in the arrow for what was about an hour and thirty minute flight. Then I had to jump back into my aircraft for another two hour and thirty minute flight.
All I had to eat was sunflower seeds from the vending machine.
I ran inside, bought them, and ran back to the aircraft.

Also, I figured it was safe for us to keep going since it was on the opposite side of the road. Apparently, that rule only applies when a median is present.

That was smart mode, it's basically eco mode, the Tone changes once it's on Sport mode, Borla sounds alright it's not crazy loud.

The entire car shook at a red light, and the second he’d step on the throttle it got so much worse. We’d have to yell over the engine to talk to each other. Dude, I almost got T-boned. I was at a red light, cars from the perpendicular road finished making their left turn (a pretty slow 18 wheeler was the last one to go through). Then the intersection was clear. Our light stayed red then after a second or two, it turned green.
I start going and this fucking Nissan SUV is just arriving where I am. I saw him coming, I stopped. He stopped just in time. I lowered my window for a super cool headed conversation about how he made me feel, and what I thought about him in general, and then went on with my day.
That shit was nuts. He was the only other car in the intersection. I have no clue what made him think he could make that light.
Thankfully, I was in the corolla, so I wasn’t super pissed.
Also, that car doesn’t belong there…..
That was from a while back. The guy blocked the entire turning lane. I caught it when heard someone honk. He had just finished scooting over.
What I don’t get about this maneuver is, the road we’re on loops back around in so many ways. There isn’t a turn there that forces you to drive 10 miles. Just make the right and make a U-turn. There’s like 4 different dedicated areas to do just that…..
The worst version of this guy was a minivan I watched come to a complete stop in the middle of the road. Not even near an intersection. It was a two lane road (three if you count the turning lane on his left), and he decided the middle lane was a perfect place to stop and figure his shit out. I dove into the right lane, honked, and revved it past him. He got going again then stopped behind me at the red light. Just him and his wife figuring shit out. What’s worse is, the road we were on, there wasn’t a wrong turn you could make. It gives you like 6-8 different chances to get to that same road if you make a mistake….

This intersection always has accidents. I know these aren’t great, but that’s a flipped jeep. Also, the accident almost always happens in that part of the intersection.
This was at the same intersection (just a different side). I was at the red light and thought this Mercedes was just being overly cautious and holding everyone up. When traffic cleared and they still weren’t going, I looked, and…. no one’s in the fucking car. No hazards or anything. Just a parked Mercedes in a turning lane perpetually holding traffic up. Didn’t see the owner anywhere. It’s like the guy said, “fuck it, I’m done driving.”

Had to give VW’s loaner Corolla back to enterprise for maintenance, and they put me in this Nissan. Feels pretty solid so far. It’s definitely an upgrade from the barebones Corolla they gave me initially. It’s a fun ride.

This is a nice car and all, but the back up camera lag is awful. Not sure if other Nissans have the same issue. I don’t rely on it as much because it does screw up my parking sometimes (when it really ramps up the hiccuping).
