what about this info line in the pc-spam channel: "Domination 17%: 2BD - 5BD" is that totally inaccurate or did i misunderstand what that meant? cause theyre both 17% domination right

That is for the mod, not the inherit. Its talking about Domination +1/17%, not hct.
